1. Definicje
- Service provider: {siteName}
- Customer: any person using the service
- Service: calculation and delivery of a radio code based on a PRE code
- PRE code: unique identification code on the radio unit
2. Zastosowanie
These terms apply to all orders via RenaultKodDoRadia.pl.
3. Usługa
RenaultKodDoRadia.pl oblicza odpowiedni kod radiowy na podstawie kodu PRE wprowadzonego przez klienta.
4. Dostawa
Po udanej płatności kod radiowy jest automatycznie obliczany i wysyłany na podany adres e-mail w ciągu 60 sekund.
5. Ceny i płatność
All prices include VAT. Payment is made immediately upon ordering.
6. Gwarancja i zwrot
If the code is incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days.
No refund if:
- Customer entered incorrect PRE code
- Radio is defective
- Radio unit not supported by PRE code system
- Maximum incorrect attempts reached
7. Prawo do odstąpienia (konsumenci)
W przypadku usług cyfrowych dostarczanych natychmiast prawo do odstąpienia wygasa po pełnym wykonaniu usługi.
8. Odpowiedzialność
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Własność intelektualna
All content on RenaultKodDoRadia.pl is the property of the service provider.
10. Prawo właściwe i spory
All agreements are governed by applicable law.
11. Zmiany
The service provider reserves the right to change these terms.
